•WARNING: The ticket "Holder" assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Props and Pistons Festival “PAPF”, and all other activities, promotions or events at the Akron-Fulton Airport before, during or after the PAPF. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry or at any time while inside the PAPF, and any prohibited item may be confiscated. If you do not consent to a search, you will be refused admission or ejected from the PAPF. All PAPF Events, including but not limited to, displays, concerts or other promotions are subject to cancellation and no part of the ticket purchase price will be refunded in the event of such cancellation. No Rainchecks or refunds.

•The Holder grants the PAPF and its authorized sponsors/partners permission to utilize Holder's voice, image and likeness, in whole or in part, in any media whatsoever, in any PAPF event broadcast, transmission, reproduction, photograph, video and/or audio sound recording or in any PAPF advertisement or promotion.
